Juichiro.e started his music career in 1982. Heavily influenced by Kraftwerk, he bought his first synth, a Roland-Juno60. Because of financial reasons (hardware was too expensive for amateur musicians), he suspended his musical career.

In 2004, retooling equipment from analog to digital, he resumed work. Under the name of Synth R.I.U, his debut single “Psygoque” ranked in the top 10 in the Vitaminic charts. In 2005, he started his netlabel to feature Asian electronica and released some of his own work under a creative commons license.

Now, he produces his music under large amount of names like Red Unit, Red Hot Wok, KECE, and KHI Ltd.
